This mod is a win for Activision no matter what, as the sales of Black Ops 3 on PC will increase tremendously, due to people buying it to play the mod. However, no matter if they someday do release the official multiplayer, we will finish to the point we are out of our mod recreation of it. Then we began working on the mod in April of this year, on the Black Ops 3 mod tools. I started talking to a couple of my modding colleagues about the idea of doing this and they were all on board as they themselves were huge Modern Warfare 2 fans. Then weeks later when Activision announced they will not be releasing the multiplayer for Modern Warfare 2 remastered, I was kicking around the idea of getting a team together and doing it ourselves.
